Discussions are being finalized with the Local Authorities in Kedah and Perak, who have shown keenness in implementing the use of the VMIZER-Street Lighting for their street lighting by their Local Councils. Meetings to finalize the Contracts are ongoing with Local Councils of other Districts in Johore.

Tests have also been carried out with the respective Highway Authorities and results have been very promising. Negotiations are being held with the respective parties

Veecan Management Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in January 2003.

It was initially set-up as an Events Management company and later diversified into trading and marketing of energy saving device called the Vmizer. At present majority of the market sector is the Local Councils of the country with substantial interest from the private sector.

“Our objective is to become a leading energy saving product company in the country striving at all times to provide clients’ quality and reliable services in all our endeavors through positive values, effective teamwork and integrated resources”.

Veecan’s main business activity is providing services to clients with regards to all matters related to electrical energy conservation program. The company undertakes an energy audit program, advices best method to reduce energy consumption, supplies, installs energy saving device, monitors and provides maintenance work on all equipment supplied. Current focus is supply of VMIZER to Local Councils in Malaysia.


Briefly, following are Veecan’s scope of work based on the VMIZER - Street-Lighting:

· Carry out energy audit – to determine present energy consumption.
· Determine current problem faced i.e. frequent tripping, high burn out rate.
· Identify all existing Feeder Pillars where VMIZER will be installed.
· Supply, install, test, commissioning of energy saving equipment.
· Provide maintenance and after sales services.
· Provide monitoring and monthly reports to ensure product effectiveness.
· Hand over program to Local Authority once contract expires.

For all the above services the Local Authority will pay to VeeCan on a monthly basis whatever saving that will be obtained from the present monthly electricity bill for an agreed period of between 5 - 10 years depending on the type of program adopted.
